Which visual strategies can express and show today‘s psychological representation of the individual?

What could be the role of the human body?

The goal of this research is to transpose feelings and psychological states intrinsic in the individual. These non-tangible elements are buried deep inside into the individual person. In order to bring them out, an introspection work is needed.

Introspection is a process of observation of the elements of consciousness of the individual. The subject thinks and reflects on his past experiences. It absorbs them and makes them its own, making them its object of study. This search within ourselves, to return to ourselves, is facilitated by the current particular situation.

This research was part of my project for my Master degree. It was translated into a book containing a gradient from the heart of the book, printed in silkscreen. To visualize the practical result with photographic output it is necessary to look at the project “In Absentia Corpus” present on this site.
